Meet the owners!
Adam Herman on the right (320)894-7453: Born and raised in Willmar, Minnesota, I bring a background of seven years of hands on trade experience combined with a background in business operations, sales, marketing. I have earned degrees in Business Marketing & Management and Financial Services in 2019 from Lake Area Technical College in Watertown, South Dakota.
I’ve always had a deep passion for the trades. I take pride in building and repairing the homes in the community.
Outside of work, I am deeply connected to the Willmar community. I play amateur baseball for the Willmar Rails, enjoy slowpitch softball and golf, and spend my free time out in nature whether it’s hunting, fishing, camping, kayaking, or snowboarding in the winter.

Hunter Fagen on the left (320)894-0177: I have quite the experience in the construction field. My experience ranges from building new homes to complete renovations on homes 75+ years old. In total it’s been almost 8 yrs in the field doing the work, now it’s time to grow and expand with dreams of building homes in the community. I was born in Granite Falls, but have lived in Forest Lake near the metro and currently living near Willmar. I also have a beautiful daughter with my life long partner Quinn, my favorite things to do are hanging out with family, playing in the outdoors, and work! It’s not work if you’re having fun!
